VRI has mentored over 300 completed projects in the upstream, oil industry. Most projects indicated over $800,000 in return on investment. Manufacturing and Assembly
VRI has supported many companies in manufacturing and assembly processes. From liquid filled products to hardware, we have mentored several projects to completion. Kaizen Blitz events work well in this environment. In just 3-5 days, some events VRI has facilitated have given companies over $500,000 in return on investment. Projects range from cycle time reduction to scrap elimination, with the use of both Six Sigma and Lean tools.
